Psychologist David Blum of Northwood Health System said, “addiction to inhalants is actually considered by many to be stronger than addiction to heroin and other drugs.” He continues, “gold or silver spray paints have a higher concentration of toluene” which can cause permanent damage."

"A 44 year old West Virginia man was arrested charges of huffing paint.
This was the 7th time since 1998 that he has been arrested on the same charges.
